- Week 6: 6/29–Be Balanced
- Week 7: 7/13–Keep Sharp
- Week 8: 7/27–Review and Celebrate Completion-Receive Certificate
- Come on your own or bring a friend(s)…the more the merrier, please RSVP with number of attendees!
- This is the first delicious MIND diet meal that will be offered at the first session. Please let us know if you would like to purchase the meal when you RSVP so it can be prepared for you at the first session.
