Our innovative Bridge to Home program offers older adults in southeast Michigan a place to continue recuperating. The environment is designed to support seniors as they rebuild their strength after a hospital stay or similar rehabilitative experience.
Bridge to Home patients can receive physical and occupational therapy services. In most cases, these services are covered by a senior’s Medicare benefit.
The Bridge to Home program is housed in the Beaumont Commons, Farmington Hills’ assisted living center. In one of our fully-furnished respite suites, short-term residents have access to life enrichment programs, three daily meals served in our Bistro, and an on-site beauty/barber shop.
