Skilled Nursing
Beaumont Rehabilitation & Continuing Care is part of a patient and family-centered continuum of care where patients enjoy the benefits of our expertise and the comfort of our amenities. If needed, acute care is available right around the corner at Beaumont Hospital, Farmington Hills. Our highly experienced, compassionate experts come from a variety of disciplines to embrace a team approach and produce results.
When an older adult in southeast Michigan is no longer safe living independently, Beaumont Rehabilitation and Continuing Care can help. Residents of our continuing care and skilled nursing center live in a supportive, compassionate environment designed to meet their long term care needs.
Around-the-clock nursing support allows each resident to have the one-on-one time they need with a caregiver. It might be to help them with personal care or medication administration or to support the needs of a chronic illness. We also work with several local hospice organizations to help support residents at the end of life.
An open dining program means residents in rehabilitation can choose their own mealtime. We also offer off-campus field trips, a computer lab, and a library to allow residents to enjoy fuller, richer lives.
Dementia Care
Our continuing care center is also home to a secure dementia care program. Residents who live in this specialty setting benefit from a physical plan designed with safety in mind. They are also cared for by team members who receive additional training to allow them to support the unique needs of people living with Alzheimer’s disease.
